Representation of the Aran Group in an Agreement to Establish a Waste Sorting Plant

Our firm represented the Aran Group in entering into a major agreement for the design, supply, and construction (EPC) of a solid waste sorting plant in central Israel, with a total value of approximately €11.1 million.

Throughout the transaction, we provided comprehensive ongoing legal counsel, advising across all stages of negotiation, drafting of agreements, and final execution, while addressing the full spectrum of commercial and legal aspects associated with a complex project of this nature.
