Avnet Data Security Ltd., a prominent company in the Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity services and solutions industry, has been purchased by American giant Rockwell Automation, Inc. Avnet specializes in providing comprehensive protection for industrial systems and infrastructure, such as water and electricity, against cyber threats.
Amir Ivtsan, Tal Jansen, Leah Moses, and Amal Shelah handled the transaction on behalf of Avnet.
