Meitav Dash was ordered to pay approximately NIS 400 million to members of the ”Tagmulim”
In a precedent ruling issued in a class action lawsuit brought by members of ”Tagmulim”, the Tel Aviv District Court ordered Meitav Dash (a financial services company) to return approximately 400 million NIS in management fees collected from the members of ”Tagmulim”, in violation of their agreements.
The plaintiffs were represented by attorney Amir Ivtsan and Chagay Netzer.
