An Urban Renewal Project at 4 Jericho St. and 2 Yehoshua Ben Nun St. in Tel Aviv is launched
Lipman Jericho Ltd., a subsidiary of A. Lipman Construction Work and Development Ltd., has embarked on an urban renewal project at 4 Jericho St. and 2 Yehoshua Ben Nun St. in Tel Aviv. As part of the project, Lipman demolished two existing buildings on the site and began constructing two new 6-story buildings in their place. The new buildings will house approximately 30 housing units.
