Purchase of Tzidon Polymers Ltd. shares
Our firm represented Aran Research Development & Prototypes Ltd., in the transaction to purchase an additional 37.5% of Tzidon Polymers Ltd., shares.
Upon the completion of the transaction, Aran increased its ownership in Tzidon from 50% to 87.5%.
