Koi products was sold to the IMCD Corporation
Koi Products Solutions and Engineering Ltd., which specializes in the import, marketing, distribution and sale of industrial raw materials in Israel, was acquired by the international corporation IMCD N.V., which specializes in the distribution and sale of chemicals and components.
The transaction was handled for KOI by attorneys- Amir Ivtsan, Tal Jansen, and Amal Shelah.
