Koi Innovation activity has been successfully sold
The sale of Koi Innovation and Sustainability Ltd.’s marketing and distribution operations for micro minerals and metals in Israel has been successfully completed. The purchaser is an Israeli company specializing in the import, marketing, and distribution of raw materials, and is a member of a larger group that offers a wide array of services and materials.
The transaction was handled for the seller by attorney Amir Ivtsan and Tal Jansen.
