Agreement to carry out an urban renewal project on Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv
A. Lipman Construction Work and Development Ltd. has signed an agreement for an urban renewal project on Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv. As part of the agreement, the existing building with 11 units will be demolished and a new building with 22 residential and commercial units will be built in its place.
