Neot Bait Vagan Ltd., which owns the plots of land used by Beitar Jerusalem Football Club as its training ground, was sold.

Following protracted legal proceedings against the Israel Land Authority and the Beitar Jerusalem soccer team, the rights to the grounds used as the training grounds of the Beitar Jerusalem soccer team were returned to the company Neot Bait Vagan Ltd.

The legal proceedings on behalf of Neot Bait Vagan were managed by Amir Ivtsan .

In May 2022, the owner’s shares were sold to a real estate entrepreneurial company, and thereafter the processes for acquiring the rights to land were completed by Neot Beit Vagan Ltd.

The transaction was handled by Amir Ivtsan and Rotem H. Schaeftler on behalf of the owner.
