Chagay Netzer

Chagay is the firm’s head of the Intellectual Property Department and is a commercial litigator.

Chagay specializes in litigation, commercialization and consultancy in the many aspects of intellectual property law, such as copyrights and trademarks and leads the firms well known anti-counterfeiting campaigns in Israel on Behalf of major brand owners such as W.B, Cartoon Networks, Mattel.

Chagay provides representation, and counseling to some of the world’s most prominent and best-known communications and entertainment companies, and also supports legislative processes in the Knesset committees.

Chagay is an Israel Bar Association-certified mediator, served in the past as research assistant to the late Prof. Smadar Ottolenghi, and as a teaching assistant in a course on deeds law.
