Amir Ivtsan

Head of the firm.

Amir holds expertise, knowledge and vast experience in all aspects of litigation and commercial law, accumulated over more than 30 years of representation and continuous legal support for entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, leading business persons, and prominent domestic and international companies with everything related to business and commercial activities in Israel and around the world.

Amir has special expertise in corporate litigation (with an emphasis on disputes in startup companies, publicly traded companies and disputes between shareholders, directors and position holders), class actions, special investigations and crisis management.

Amir has over 25 years of experience in venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulation, compliance investigations and aiding investors in various investment fields outside of Israel.

Amir is a member of the executive committee of ICLA – the International Commercial Law Alliance, an international association of law firms operating around the globe to serve their clients.

Amir served as the legal advisor to the contractual suppliers’ division of the Contractors Association, and as a special investigator on behalf of the Registrar of Nonprofit Organizations.
Amir served as a fighter pilot (F- 16) in the IDF Air Force (Res. Lieutenant Colonel).
