Roey is an experienced litigator handling complex commercial, civil and administrative litigation with special expertise in the fields of shareholders disputes, shareholder oppression lawsuits, derivative claims, intellectual property enforcement, construction, and complex employment disputes.

During his career Roey represented the State of Israel in dozens of civil legal proceedings, including in administrative collection procedures.
