Tal deals with the many diverse issues of commercial law, including corporate law and securities.

Tal provides legal support and counseling to private and public companies in different stages of development, covering a variety of commercial issues, commercial agreements, investment transactions and M&A.

Tal specializes in drafting and managing commercial agreements and complex technology agreements, such as license agreements, software licensing, distribution, franchising, service and development agreements, joint ventures, founders’ agreements, and agreements pertaining to intellectual property, data security and privacy.

In addition, Tal provides ongoing counseling to public companies on a variety of topics, pertaining to issues in corporate governance, executive compensation, related party transactions and compensation policy, as well as regularly counseling employers on different issues in work relations and human resources, including employee stock options (ESOP), drafting employment agreements, and formulating and editing employee procedures, as well as representing employers in Labor Court.
